Extensive experience as a manager (finance and accounting departments), controller on various levels and as a CFO of a large international food company (6 countries and 32 plants). Major knowledge in modelling of cost and tender models (large tenders within retail) and benchmarking models, externally and internally, all data driven. Also involved in sales and customer related activities combined with financial goals set within the negotiations or customer agreements. Extensive experience in Collective Labour Agreement negotiations with unions (FNV and CNV). Experienced as project manager within large projects: European (Heineken), project implementation projects within ERP systems (SAP, CSB, GL, etc), both financial as logistics/planning systems as set up reporting systems with data warehouse systems (SAP, CSB, TM1, BI tools) and pension projects. Experience with implementation, maintenance, and deployment of the KPI models (INK models) within various companies. Experience with benchmark models within large breweries and slaughterhouses. Responsible for Implementing new financials agreements such as leverage finance, corporate and investment loans or factoring programs for the PFG group or her ringfenced entities. Leading in M&A activities and Due Diligence processes for the PFG group as from 2016.
