I am an enthusiastic Quality Manager and Operations Leader seeking employment due to the major change caused by covid-19 giving me the opportunity to seek employment outside of my previous employer. I enjoy improving and assisting in the maintenance of Quality management systems and in coaching employees. I find that coaching is a much more effective longer term technique to training individuals and enjoy seeing the results int he sort term and longer term which will help people gain more out of their own careers and help the company out too. I have managed a large team of technicians and smaller team of Quality Engineers and supported all with professional advice and when the employee needs more with support personally also. In doing this I found my previous training as a Mental Health First Aider very helpful. I have worked in the Aviation industry for the past 15 Years as a technician up to management and have a good level of understanding at the ethical and management level that this have given me. I enjoy being challenged at work and where possible like to challenge the norms also- is there a better.more efficient way to get the end result?
