My ten years of experience in the technology and customer service field have given me the opportunity to master the art of multitasking in the fast pace arena of working with the public. Offering excellent customer technology service and patient problem solving are my greatest strengths. My have learned having happy customers means repeat customers!My previous work experience comes from my time at Verizon Wireless, which helped me to develop all the skills mentioned in your posting. I learned to be detailed oriented and also to multi-task because my livelihood depended on it. I worked in a fast paced environment and to be successful in my position, a person has to be self-motivated, outgoing, energetic, confident, and have excellent customer service skills. Along with those qualities, I essentially run my own business so my abilities to communicate, orally and verbally, are at the utmost importance. Although I am responsible for my own numbers, I must be a team player to ensure our store meets its quota. I always like to inspire and help my co-workers to facilitate happy store morale.I am an energetic, self-motivated team player. My leadership experience and passion for customers leads me back to school. I am currently enrolled in night courses to complete my BA in Business Management.
