Keith Hegarty

Keith has over 15 years experience across debt advisory, treasury, structured finance and financial services. Keith leads the Debt and Capital Advisory team in Corporate Finance team at PwC Ireland. He works across all sectors and has deep relationships with funders across the whole capital stack. Keith is currently working on several high profile debt raises in residential property development, PRS, commercial real estate, social housing, renewables, fintech and an Aircraft Leasing fund raising. Keith's experience also includes a tenure in the Australian market (2010 - 2017). In Australia Keith worked on several high profile transactions in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, debt structuring and capital structure advisory. He was recognised by clients and debt capital market providers as consistently providing the best in class advice and results. Keith was involved in over $5bn in capital raising across a range of ASX listed and privately held Australasian finance companies, banks, credit unions and government departments. Keith has a keen interest in Fintech and startups. He has worked closely with several Fintechs to put in place a robust funding plan to enable them to grow and disrupt the market. Led the implementation of Salesforce within Deals in PwC Ireland. Keith is currently the secretary of Belpark Triathlon Club the largest Triathlon club in Ireland. Outside of work Keith enjoys triathlon (2 * ironman Cairns and Tallinn) and sailing (1 * Sydney to Hobart 2014).
