Training and Development in Public Service and Year 10/11 youth ambition. I had a substantial career in UK Public Service, terminated by "surgical misadventure. I then went on to create a modest business as a Sole Trader/Partner of two, in the redevelopment of Property (Real Estate), and there covered all of the professions, skills and trades associated with such activity, including the appropriate use of financial controls and project management. On a personal level, my aim is to follow my present course of study by undertaking further original research in Business Organisation/Management. Specialties: Many and various negotiation skills at a wide range of organisational levels, recruitment and training, operational management, project management, commissioning, and forward planning.
