My work on Halo: Combat Evolved was a significant building block for the billion dollar video game franchise. I also helped build a usability program for Australia's largest telecommunications company, and I founded and led UsabilityOne’s Sydney Office. Coming back to Microsoft Studios, in 2010, I helped focus the team into a more efficient, agile, and business-focused organization. After leading User Experience Central at Microsoft which supports all User Researchers across Microsoft (www.microsoft.com/userresearch), I moved to Google to build and lead a team within the Search organization.
