Keith White

As a senior-level advisor in information technology, support and security, I work in intelligence, hardware & email encryption, software installations, business continuity and disaster recovery planning. I launched my career with the US Air Force, and when I was weighing career directions, I knew I wanted to be part of a challenging, fulfilling career path and saw Information Technology as that avenue. As I’d hoped, IT has given me tremendous opportunities to grow in terms of knowledge and experience in the industry. I switched over to Intelligence from Communications in the Air National Guard for many of the same reasons: I was looking for new challenges that could further expand my expertise. At this point in my career, I’m proud to be seen as the ‘go to’ expert in delivering solutions for high-visibility, high-stakes organizational issues. I’ve also acquired an MBA with a concentration in Information Security.What I enjoy most about my jobs is the daily challenge that they bring. There is always something new to discover, projects to delve into, challenges to overcome and goals to set and achieve. Another very rewarding aspect of my work involves the people I work with and serve: bringing people together to work toward a common goal or mission is very satisfying. Finally, I’m tasked with developing and training employees, and helping people achieve career success is always gratifying.I have extensive experience managing people and mobilizing resources, gleaned both in the military and from civilian positions I've held. I managed multiple projects in my civilian role, making sure the teams involved stayed on task and target for meeting deadlines and staying within budgets. I stay calm under pressure and enjoy hard work, and I maintain the utmost integrity, always striving for excellence in the work I do.
