Kellie Smith

I am a senior People, Culture and Change Specialist. I have been working with some of the world’s largest organisations over the past 20 years specialising in the areas of leadership/talent and workforce capability development, culture change, employee engagement, flexible working strategies, career development and stakeholder engagement. I have also coached many leaders on transformational and authentic leadership, emotional intelligence and personal effectiveness. I spent several years as a member of the enterprise leadership team at The Academy, National Australia Bank where I was responsible for building the enterprise wide Career & Development framework, infrastructure and tools along with some long-term running leadership development and career development programs. In my consulting/training capacity I have worked with organisations including Medibank, Benetas, National Australia Bank, Holden, Qantas, ANZ, Infosys, Exxon Mobile, State Trustees, Australian Conservation Foundation, and Leighton Holdings. I have facilitated training programs across Australia as well as Asia.
