A seasoned and successful executive recruiting profession with over 15 years of experience specializing in corporate staffing at mid, upper and executive levels. Extremely proud to be part of the Futurestep division of Korn Ferry - the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, which has been recognized as the number one Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider in the 2016 Baker’s Dozen list, marking its tenth consecutive year on the list. I take an active approach to recruiting and I especially value having exclusive and long-term relationships with candidates and client’s. As a professional recruiter, I enjoy working closely with the business to understand project and strategic business needs and help source the best fits for the role and the organization. I have had an opportunity to work in a variety of environments - from highly consultative to high volume fast paced. What I enjoy most is being a part of a growing organization and contributing to the building of the organization. I am focused on direct recruitment as to minimize the need to use agencies while relying more on talent pooling, referral programs and using recruitment systems. I have earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Minor in communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
