Kelly Fogarty

Mrs. Fogarty is an environmental scientist with over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting, specializing in investigation and remediation of contaminated sites. Kelly has been operating Method Environmental Services Ltd., her own environmental consulting practice, since September 2008. Along with all associated business operational responsibilities, Kelly’s environmental consulting services include all aspects of project management and fieldwork, involving directing and supervising staff and contractors, directing remedial excavations and soil and groundwater investigations including drilling programs, collecting soil, groundwater, surface water, and soil vapour samples, and liaising with clients, contractors, and municipal and government representatives. Kelly’s extensive field work experience lies in identifying, delineating, and remediating impacted soils and groundwater. Mrs. Fogarty has also been responsible for data analysis and interpretation, conducting site inspections, and writing Stage 1/Stage 2 PSI reports, and various remediation and monitoring reports for both client and municipal review, and submission to BC Ministry of Environment.
