In my personal and professional life, I am the most satisfied when I am helping people and contributing to making things better in some way. Being able to work with employees individually and as a group to help them succeed in their roles at work and provide them and their families with knowledge about the outstanding benefits we offer is more than rewarding for me. Professionally I have accomplished and gained knowledge in the following areas: * Professional In Human Resources (PHR) Certification * Strategic planning in all areas of Human Resources. * Maintaining effective company-wide policies and procedures. * Ensuring safety programs are in place and being followed. * Developing training programs that allow employees to gain knowledge and improve their skills. * Effectiveness in working with employees to understand benefit programs. I am grateful to be a part of an organization that knows the business will not be successful without the employees that work here. We are as much of a priority as the customers that we serve.
