Kelly Potter

Heading up a sales team, specialising in fresh produce, over the last 20 years I have built many rewarding relationships with suppliers and customers worldwide. I realised from a young age I had a good eye for a great deal, negotiation quickly became one of my best assets. Naturally after procuring a range of products from dairy to confectionary I have carved out a progressive career in the fast paced fresh produce industry. Working with a wide range of products from soft fruit to topfruit and exotics, to my existing role with babyleaf, wholehead lettuce and brassicas. Working with a wide range of customers with an overall retail focus, I am driven, enthusiastic and most importantly motivated to introduce new processes and company growth. New projects and NPD work are my passion as well as motivating my team to be innovative and onboard with an evolving business strategy. Problem solving and seeing things from a different prospective allows me to identify the need for change. My colleagues would most likely describe me as a approachable, enthusiastic and ambitious. I love connecting with new poeple who share my passion for change and professional development.
