Kelly Taxter, LCPC

I have spent the last ten years working in the traditional mental health field, mostly as a family counselor. Two years ago, I began to reflect on my own self-care and what I needed to feel purposeful and well. During those two years, many ideas were formulated and eventually a business plan was created. And my journey into the world of wellness began. I am focused on assisting people with being their best selves, by way of two wellness businesses. I utilize my clinical license (LCPC), Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach certifications to help people (specifically adolescents) gain skills to take care of their minds and bodies. I am also passionate about sharing the science I have learned about the field of nutrigenomics, with the same goal of helping all individuals with their mental and physical health.
