During my previous work experience I acquired skills in software design and development, creating use cases and user stories, as well as applying software testing methods currently used in software development testing. I have 10 years’ experience resolving and documenting client concerns, and participating in client satisfaction initiatives that continuously improve quality levels. I have extensively developed my persuasion skills and ability to think outside of the box to produce creative solutions to many different types of problems. I enjoy new challenges and take pride in my ability to work collaboratively with team members to produce the best possible solution or product in any situation. Having worked for an industry leading company for over 10 years so I understand the dynamics of a fast paced and constantly changing work environment. Self-initiation has been something that I do on a regular basis in addition to adapting to change. I have a strong sense of ownership and accountability which motives me to analyze the entire situation from multiple perspectives in order to produce industry leading solutions to complex issues and problems. I enjoy effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve excellent results.
