The victory got the company a spot to represent the African continent and compete on the global platform in the United Kingdom where it was among the best competitors and was invited to the United Nations headquarters in New York as Delegate. In 2018, Kellyson Siamunjo was chosen as one of the 100 young Africans to be awarded the prestigious Mandela Centennial Scholarship at the African leadership University where he studied for an honors degree in Global Challenges. As a student, he was recognized in the 30 under 30 most influential students of the year 2020 in the category of entrepreneurship at The African Leadership University in Rwanda. Kellyson Siamunjo is mostly passionate about youth empowerment, development, leadership, entrepreneurship, and agriculture. His obsession is to see the 21st-century youth take the lead in Africa’s Agriculture sector; one of the solutions to tackling high youth unemployment and a stepping stone to economic development on the continent. As a farmer himself, he runs a farm where he grows a variety of crops and vegetables and heads a group of youth entrepreneurs and changemakers in Zambia known as the Dynamic Youths For Dynamic Change. Over the years, Kellyson Siamunjo has participated in many international conferences and entrepreneurial competitions including Yale Young Global Scholars at Yale University in the USA, and the Hult Prize entrepreneur accelerator program in Ghana and the United Kingdom respectively where he gained international exposure across the field of governance, international relations and entrepreneurship.
