At the heart of my career is a passion for building relationships that foster trust and growth, while supporting customers in achieving more than they thought possible. My diverse background has helped shape my interpersonal skills and developed my ability to solve challenges from a unique perspective. Throughout my career, I have sought out various ways to enhance the teams I have collaborated with, with the goal to deliver better experiences to our customers. I am driven, organized, and thoughtful in my approach to managing change and I thrive on variety. In many of my positions, I am known as the “go-to” person for learning new roles, delivering solutions, and driving growth. Most recently, I have led positive change for a project focused on increasing the usability of the health data we provide to clients. I evaluated current market trends to garner stakeholder buy-in, and then used that research and support to re-design an improved exit process and follow-up appointments. Ultimately, those changes impacted how we deliver and discuss results with clients to motivate them to continue improving their health. This change is driving both success and long-term retention as people feel connected and supported in their health journeys and can better use the data our business provides.
