Over the course of my career working in the technology service industry, I have been entrenched in different markets and discovered their needs for technology solutions. I have had the privilege of working with our clients and teams to provide the best solutions in network infrastructure, IT management, Help Desk and other support services, as well as security and compliance management. To me technology is about the human experience. It is a tool used to be more productive within one’s work and personal life. It is my mission to present technology in a way that is understandable so my clients may be as productive as possible. I want to focus on the user experience and what their specific needs are. Once it is understood what the client wants to accomplish, the technology should always support that goal. The business objective should drive technology and not the other way around. A significant percentage of our client base is in health care, legal, financial services, and other sensitive and regulated industries. These specific business categories also often have multiple locations and their customers’ personal and private information must be protected from theft or loss. My expertise as a technology solutions advisor is a direct result of working closely with our clients to understand and effectively solve their organizational challenges. As security threats become more sophisticated and rampant, the increasing demand to protect networks and the assets behind them is at the forefront of what we do. We continually research and test new products and strategies to ensure that our clients’ businesses are protected and running smoothly. Since technology changes so rapidly, over the past 18 years our company’s philosophy and culture has been to provide outstanding customer service, provide answers backed by practical application, and offer a forward-thinking view of what businesses need to do next to stay competitive, secure, productive, and compliant.
