My work is the application of appropriate technology to facilitate effective teaching and empower learners. I accomplish that by leading the development of learning environments in which individual learner needs are addressed, teachers serve as mentors and guides, and competence within context is the primary measure of success. From mainstream K-18 education to workforce development, audiences for my work represent a broad spectrum of learners, teachers, organizations and settings. To accomplish my goals, I begin with integrity, stay focused on solutions, think strategically, work collaboratively, and execute with agility.
