Kendra Hill

As a Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about increasing awareness of and sensitivity to mental health issues, increasing the availability of services to help those with mental health issues, and supporting people to be the best version of themselves. I started Imbue Counseling and Wellness with the desire to provide therapy services in a supportive environment that focuses on the connection between the body and the mind so that healing can occur. At Imbue, I provide counseling services to adolescents, adults, and families. I have been working in the mental health field since 2005 including clinical roles in hospitals, outpatient, partial hospitalization, foster care, school, and residential facility settings. I have also worked in management positions supervising and developing community mental health programs. I have experience working with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, attention issues, depression, life transitions, illness, social/relationship issues, substance use, and trauma. I also work with individuals, couples, and families around parenting, communication issues, divorce, and blended families. Lastly, I strive to be a support and resource for first responders and healthcare workers to help manage the stress and trauma that can come with the work. My educational background includes earning an undergraduate degree in social work from Capital University and master’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University in 2010. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher after completing the 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2021 at YOHI in Columbus, OH.
