During tenure on the BOC, school district grew from the 10th largest to the 5th largest school district in the country.As a real estate development consultant, provided both technical guidance and project management expertise to complete 57 single-family homes for first time homebuyers. Total project development costs were $6.5 million. Underwrote and administered $1.25 million in loans, recoverable grants and grants.
