Strong Cycle Manager with a firm understanding of the INPO AP-928 process. As a Cycle Manager I incorporate training into the daily work management meetings to improve station understanding of the work management process, strive for permanent changes when deficiencies are identified, and incorporate a strong team concept throughout the process to ensure that team members are achieving the deliverables required to ensure a workable schedule that maintains the station in a highly reliable state. My main objective is to achieve station performance in the top quartile in the area of work management.
