I have over 20 years of successful management experience. I see myself as an experienced professional having advanced technical and leadership training, and skilled at motivating people to accomplish organizational goals. I can manage and supervise day-to-day work activities with minimal supervision that produces positive results. My leadership style embraces empowering others to become leaders. I take pride in being a motivator and someone who is an excellent communicator and fosters productive working relationships. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Studies from Grand Canyon University and with honors of Magna Cum Laude. I am also a graduate of Kaplan University with a major course of study in Real Estate. I am an Army (Desert Shield/Storm) Veteran who has taken pride in not only serving my country, but I have a huge passion and heart for redirecting the lives of people who have veered from their intended life path. I also bring eight years of experience working in the Texas public school system as a substitute teacher, junior high social studies teacher, truancy officer, and an administrative liaison.
