Kenneth Vargas

In my current role at Year Up I have gained significant experience in solving troubleshoot problems and using critical thinking to figure out what is going on with someones computer. I am passionate and open to new ideas and experiences so that I can grow as a professional and learn more about my information technology field. Knowing how to understand clients and being able to help them effectively and efficiently is my priority. In my previous position at Dunkin Donuts, I was recognized for my problem solving skills and motivation in making sure the customers left the store happy and satisfied. My determination into leading my team and communicating to help customers have a good experience helped me grow as a person and to work hard each day. I am completing a professional career training program with Year Up where I will earn 23 credits from Community College of Rhode Island towards a Associates in Business Management, and I am continuing education part-time to finish my degree.
