I graduated from Illinois State University in 1998. In 2000, I lead the domestic violence unit for Peoria County Probation. In 2004, I began working at the Children's Home Association of Illinois as a licensed child caseworker and was nominated in 2009 and 2010 by my fellow co-workers for “Employee of the Year”.In October 2011, I decided to pursue my passion for sales. I was hired at ADT Security and sold PERS (Personal Emergency Response Systems) to assisted and independent living, long term and acute care. I received the prestigious Centurion Award for overall sales production and ended 165% to plan, ranking in the top 10. In January of 2013, I was hired by SCA-TENA. I was responsible for prospecting and acquiring institutional business. My focus was to sell personal care products (incontinence products) into skilled nursing, assisted living and acute care. I was highly respected for my work ethic as well as my relationship building and the ability to sell my products value using “cost in use” versus on “price”.In August of 2014, I transitioned to SCA's hygiene division-TORK. My primary focus was selling global hygiene products (towel and tissue) into Hotel/ Restaurant/ Catering segments (HoReCa) and our healthcare division. My growth was due to the strong and trusting relationships built with distribution in the Chicagoland area. I was nominated and won the 2015 TC-7 award category for being "Innovative" and again in 2017 for being "Fearless". In 2015, I was honored and presented with the “Outstanding Supplier Partner” award from Edward Don. In 2016 I ranked 12th out of 102 sales representatives. In 2017, I grew an additional $1.1 million in sales dollars.In February 2018, I began working at Verathon Medical as a Sales Manager. My responsibilities included educating and selling BladderScan devices into acute and long term care facilities, while primarily calling on infection control, purchasing, nurse educators/managers and clinical engineering.In January of 2019, I was hired at Hoffmaster as a District Sales Manager. In June of 2020, I was promoted to Distribution Development Manager.
