About

I was born, raised, and currently live in Aberdeen, SD. I graduated from Aberdeen Central High School in 2011 & graduated from Northern State University in 2015 From an early age, I always strived for more. I never settled for just the bare minimums. This philosophy has been my motivation from the very beginning. The 3 F's of life have shaped me in to who I am today and I wouldn't lose them for the world: Faith, Family, and Friends. In my educational experiences, I have always strived to get the most out of everything, including going for the upper-level and Honors division courses, taking leadership roles in organizations, and always putting in the extra effort where I can. All of this has taken my quite far in my short life thus far and thanks be to God for blessing me with these opportunities. In addition to my educational experience, I have been fortunate to develop my personal relations and customer service skills through a variety of positions in addition to social media proficiency in Facebook and Twitter. I have acquired these skills based on the positions I have held, as well as being part of the local media scene as a writer for the NSU newspaper, The Exponent, and writing for A-Town Magazine Outside of working or going to school, you can find me doing a variety of activities, such as spending time with my Small I mentor through the local Reach and Rise Program at the Y, leading Bible studies and worship services, and being a very avid sports fan year-round. I hope to apply my educational, employment, and media experience to whatever career I am fortunate to do post-college. Thank you for taking time to view my profile.
