Kenyon Waff Taylor

Kenyon L. Taylor serves as the Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) for Fluor Mission Solutions. In this role, she ensures that Fluor's Small Business Program complies with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), other applicable laws and company policies and guidelines.Kenyon's responsibilities include developing subcontracting plans for federal agency contracts and monitors the execution of these plans. She ensures that U.S. small businesses receive an equitable opportunity to compete to the maximum extent possible on federal government contracts, operating an “open door” policy that provides all interested small businesses the opportunity to present their capabilities and experience to the Small Business Program staff. She prepares small business performance data for periodic review by Mission Solutions' project and senior management teams, analyzing trends and provides guidance as necessary to achieve small business goals.Kenyon joined Fluor in November 2020.
