Keola Westcott

I am a senior leader who is passionate about building high performing teams and developing those around me. I have a varied professional background which allows me to bring multiple layers of perspective to complex organisational challenges. I have extensive experience in large scale infrastructure portfolio management, and project design and delivery in both the private and public sectors. I currently lead the "cradle to grave" strategy, planning, delivery and management in use for infrastructure and equipment in Queensland Health. This includes an annual program of work circa $1 billion and an asset base of over $20 billion. Part of this function includes management of Departmental facilities and leases, as well as biomedical technical services for medical equipment across Queensland. I lead a team of over 400 people who proudly work in dedicated partnership with Queensland Health Hospital and Health Services to deliver a high standard of health facility infrastructure to support quality healthcare services across Queensland.I am a Certified Practising Portfolio Executive (CPPE) with the Australian Institute of Project Management and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Additionally, I am a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Accounting and Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
