I hold an active NC Real Estate Broker License and am a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker HPW in Hillsborough, NC. I also own Prep to Sell, LLC, a real estate-based business that assists homeowners and Realtors® with the hard work of preparing properties for the market. Originally a home staging business, Prep to Sell now offers pre-sale consultations, de-cluttering and organizing services, whole-house emptying, and home staging of both occupied and vacant properties. Prep to Sell can also manage the logistics of home repairs, cleaning, donations, furniture arranging and space planning. With more than 20 years experience staging and decorating homes and professional offices, I have the ability to address sensitive homeowner issues, educate sellers about presentation and marketing, and provide affordable, practical and appropriate solutions for selling properties quickly. I have strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and extensive experience with project management.
