People deliver projects! Project Managers are born and not made! Two key learnings from working in various roles and industries. My passion is about people and how to collaboratively work together to deliver the desired project vision and objectives, ensuring that as a team we deliver on time and within budget. Over the last 5 years I have worked with global teams to deliver diverse and complex projects ranging from global IT solutions to delivering impact that can change the world and how we live in it. My experience ranges from identifying and building processes to set up a national organisation that brought 169 smaller retailers into one overarching buying structure, working with international partners to deliver a specialised technology platform to multiple country locations and working with incredible people who are passionate about climate change, the environment and labour standards in the maritime space to deliver impactful solutions that have the power to change people’s lives. Stakeholder management, both internal and external is key to navigate risks and issues that are ever present on any project, and I have the natural ability to work with people to get the best results in even the most trying circumstances. I am adept at cost management of large complex project budgets, time and task management and I am extremely determined, loyal and trustworthy. I work tirelessly to deliver tangible results that are in line with customer expectations. I have worked in various roles including sales, administration, marketing and project management, I have 20 years of first-hand experience gained through the university of life under the leadership and mentorship of some of the best people in their fields.
