As a business, marketing and project management professional with over 30 years of experience, I have enjoyed wild success and crushing defeat. I have learned from each experience. My experience is wide-ranging and includes general management; business strategy; online and traditional marketing; social media strategy; eCommerce strategy and implementation; operations management; software project management and conference/event planning. Over the span of my career I have worked with CEO's and teams of small to medium-sized companies to develop and implement achievable, effective business, operational and marketing strategies. PASSIONS & MINISTRY My passion, both personally and professionally, is to use my experience to benefit others. I am a servant first. I believe in servant leadership. I believe in hard work as long as it is productive, I would much rather work smart. I am a “roll up your sleeves” & “get it done” kind of woman. One of my leadership coaches taught me that good leaders surround themselves with passionate, talented people who excel in areas where they lack. We can do so much more together. My goal is to help those I coach in business, in ministry or in life to lean into their strengths and utilize all the tools & resources at their disposal. It is my joy to work with women who are looking to strengthen their walk with God and break the chains of destructive life patterns. It has been my privilege to serve as a Group Coaching Director in the small group ministry at Faith Promise Church.
