With over 20 years of experience in the K-12 Education, digital and manufacturing industries, I am proud of my proven track record of achieving organisational outcomes - always with a focus on providing exceptional client service. My main strengths are the ability to manage multiple priorities and the combination of a "can-do"​ attitude with solid skills across the essential areas of people, process and technology. * PEOPLE One of my key contributions is as a conduit between business units, organisational stakeholders and development teams in order to deliver outcomes. As in the Agile manifesto, I value individuals and interactions over processes and tools. I am passionate about being an enabler of open communication and shared understanding as well as being purposeful in building a culture of collaboration. * PROCESS In attempts to 'be agile'​ or 'go lean', it can be easy to dismiss it, however I strongly believe in the value and integrity of process and documentation. The ability to remove ambiguity, reduce organisational risk and decrease stress levels all far outweigh any (perceived) time-saving. It also allows innovation to take place with confidence. I have an extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, together with the following qualifications: * PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner * ITIL v3 Foundation * ITIL v3 Service Capability * TECHNOLOGY My toolset of choice is the Atlassian suite of tools. I have significant expertise in the area of process engineering, configuration and administration of JIRA, Confluence, HipChat, Fisheye and JIRA Service Desk to provide enterprise solutions. This includes: - customised workflows (including conditions and post-functions on transitions) - custom fields and custom screens - calculated and scripted fields - integrated dashboards and reports I am also proficient in a wide range of tools including Microsoft suite (Office, Project and Visio), Adobe suite and Visual Paradigm for UML.
