I am a project management professional who thrives on helping clients meet their goals and experience growth through process improvement supported by the implementation of Advarra's (fka Forte Research Systems) clinical trial management system, OnCore. I enjoy the challenge of data migrations particularly the data analysis and data mapping that feeds the technical scripting and data validation.My desire to share knowledge is satisfied through client training, system configuration conversations, and process analyses. These activities fulfill my social need to be engaged with others and are supported by my background in education and operational management.My involvement in product enhancement focus groups and workflow development workshops has allowed me the opportunity to gain valuable business analysis skills. These skills are applied throughout a client’s software implementation and are continually developed during client interactions and professional development opportunities.
