I am an accomplished and self-motivated Senior HR professional with significant experience gained from working across a number of areas. My experience includes; Change Management, Organisational Design, Recruitment & Selection, Talent & Succession Management, Performance Management, Work Force Planning, employee relations and Development. I have gained both specialist and generalist HR skills through working in both a strategic and operational capacity. From HRBP roles to developing the Diversity & Inclusion strategy for Telefonica O2. Strong communicator at all levels of the organisation who has built strong internal and external relationships and networks by building credibility, integrity and trust whilst partnering with business leaders and delivering pragmatic solutions. My key strengths are my ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, build strong working relationships, remain commercially and customer focused at all times. Partnering with leaders to find pragmatic solutions and to define and deliver key people priorities and strategic projects. I have 20 years HR experience gained across a number of industries including Pharma, Telecommunications, Legal and Professional Services. I have a Masters in Personnel and Development and I am CIPD qualified.
