Kerry Rogan

A former HR, Recruitment and Talent Management specialist. Having spent the majority of my career in Health and Social Care I have taken a sidestep into housing and homelessness services. Throughout my career I have been responsible for the management and development of varying healthcare services and all grades of clinical, administrative, care and support staff. Business Development, relationship management and multiagency working have always been a key parts of any role I have undertaken and I am highly skilled and experienced in the coordination and development of support for those living with complex needs. I have in depth experience in Organisational Development having successfully managed change, performance and continuously improved on systems, processes and efficiency throughout my career. My aim in moving into housing was to develop my skills in a new area and a take a more hands on approach to supporting people.
