Experienced manager with extensive knowledge of the sustainable transport sector. I have experience in behaviour change initiatives, project management, project development and stakeholder engagement. Between September 2012 and March 2016 I led on the delivery of the cycling and walking workstream for the hugely successful Smart Network, Smarter Choices programme, a £50m Government funded project designed to tackle congestion, reduce carbon emissions and kick start the economy in the region. During the project we engaged with over 40,000 people delivering cycle training and sustainable travel advice and support across the West Midlands. The project also included the successful 'Bostin Bikes' pilot project which offered subsidised bikes to commuters in the Black Country to encourage them to cycle to work. I also managed the delivery of a number of infrastructure projects including the award winning Cycle hubs at four train stations and two city centre Brompton Dock cycle hire facilities. I am currently seeking a new challenge in a similar role but not essentially transport related.
