A passionate gamer, artist and lead. Over 15+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with solid progression from ground up and humble beginnings working for an outsourcing studio into AAA full-game development, and now live service games. He was blessed to ship 22 titles ranging from small games to some of the biggest in the industry including some game of the year titles. He takes great joy in building teams, grooming people and seeing them shine while unlocking their greatest potential. He love challenges, has a very keen eye for detail and continuous improvement in his craft is his life long mission. Problem solving, taking initiatives, and seeing how to fit things together to make something that will inspire others is one of his key motivational drivers. Art, specifically game-art is his chosen craft of specialization. He believes that art is a very powerful tool and should strongly complement gameplay to bring out the best player experience which is the ultimate goal for any game.
