Kevan Combs

For over a decade, I worked for one of the biggest insurance agencies in California. It was a very family oriented company where I started in the mail room & worked my way up to a management position. I handled not only the day-to-day of the office but everything in between- from designing logos, business cards & solicitations to overseeing mailings, marketing & creating strong contacts with vendors. Wanting to be like my heroes Bruce Willis, Harrison Ford, Brandon Lee, etc, I went into acting. Surprisingly, there are very few ads offering the position of "movie star." Along the way I discovered voice over work. I have provided the voices for a slew of video games, radio ads & cartoons, which led to drawing storyboards & design work for various film & TV productions. As fate would have it, this opened the door for even more projects involving graphic novels, commercials, social media, character design, graphic design & concepts- just to name a few. The skills I have acquired have given me a unique & versatile insight into a wide array of projects. Often, due to my experiences, I am required to do more than what is expected or asked for, which is half the fun! Today, I divide my time between Florida & California where I enjoy working/interacting with others & constantly strive to do my absolute best while making sure that everyone thrives & benefits from the outcome. I am self motivated & reliant but working as a team allows you to see facets that you might have overlooked on your own which leads to the finished product being even better. Over the years I have learned to take the "fly under the radar" approach allowing the entire production or company to flourish rather than seeking personal glory. I believe that when you give your word you keep it & that hard work pays off. Life is what you make of it so live it to the fullest.
