I have led law enforcement activities including physical security, arrest procedures and criminal investigations reducing community crime and incident rates. When assigned Watch Commander, I focused on the employment of proper law Enforcement procedures for 8 patrol zones while managing a shift of 20 to 30 personnel varying from armed sentries to patrol officers. As Patrol Supervisor, served as on-scene commander for any major incident ensuring proper law enforcement procedures were being performed and the proper establishment of incident command post. Supervised and maintained an armory consisting of approximately 12,970 rounds of ammunition, 281 weapons, 59 non-lethal weapons and other highly sensitive equipment worth over $400k. On top of my law enforcement experience, I have an ample background in customer service from working in the insurance industry, retail, and food industry. I was responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every subject. Skilled in communicating factual and procedural information clearly, orally, and in writing.
