Born and raised in East Tennessee, I with my wife and 3 sons, share a love for our area lakes and mountains that surround us. I have a combined 20+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Service focused on the Industrial and Manufacturing Industries. Building a successful career by investigating and understanding each customer's core needs and providing expert guidance and assistance to ensure that the right tools and equipment are matched with each specific task or job. My prior experience working with various teams within the manufacturing environment helps me to understand the concerns and goals within each of these departments. My knowledge of the industries that we serve often allows me to make recommendations based on successful implementation of similar processes in other locations, always with continued improvement and overall value in mind.
