I have been programming since 1976 and PC based most of the time. My college degree is in electronics engineering. I developed one of the first interactive television systems. I was invited by Pacific Bell to be and have been an online participant/developer since 1985. I have worked in the Scanner Engineering Services Department of Pearson since 11/3/97 and been mentored by the engineers that invented the optical scanner. I have developed OMR and OCR engines for Pearson. I develop in multiple machine languages, VB6, VB.net, RealBasic, C#, C++, and Fortran. I work in the MS Windows, HP RTE-A, Linux and DOS operating systems.
