I enjoyed nearly 30 years in the high-tech industry and then journeyed into the world of sales gaining experience in both sales management and training. My work history includes a variety of individual contributor and management positions in Manufacturing, Human Resources and Global Security. I earned a Master of Science Degree in Management from Regis University and Certification in Organization Development through the NTL Institute. In 2016, I joined Vestas Blades at the Windsor factory to return to my passion of working in the manufacturing environment. I am currently the Staffing Coordinator at Vestas responsible for all non-exempt staffing in Windsor. Outside of work I enjoy volunteering through my church and spending time with family and friends and taking in various sporting events, especially those involving my family.
