Kevin Irwin

After developing various control systems for over six years and obtaining a master’s degree in Energy Systems Engineering, I have found that my passion is developing engaging and sustainable products. More specifically, I enjoy linking the mechanical aspect of a product with the almost instant changes that can be conducted with controls and electronics. I aspire to further develop interpersonal and technical skills in the next years by leading a new project or program related to an electrified powertrain. This excites me because there is currently great opportunity to make a tremendous difference in terms of global emissions. As my career progresses, I plan to continue solving problems and engaging in mentor/mentee roles, and learning more about different aspects of the ECJV. This will challenge and prepare me for my longer term plan to be a people leader, and will also allow me to have the knowledge and experience to drive significant change for both the company and the industry.
