Technology is ever-changing; you can't stop it and we need people that can change with it - and I pride myself in doing just that. Change is everywhere in our world, and whether it's taking a crash course or even the trial-by-error, it's the learning and experience we gain that truly makes us experts. I am a quick study, resourceful, and having hands-on experience has helped me immensely as an individual committed to ensuring a successful implementation. I am well versed in planning, project managing, implementing, and maintaining LAN/WLAN infrastructure, and using the proper tools to monitor these systems. I've experience with DHCP, AD, DNS and RADIUS on Microsoft Windows Server and some exposure to VMware. I work closely with upper management in not just project updates, but in planning yearly CapEx. But what I find most enjoyable is designing, LAN "theory-crafting", brainstorming, and having a team to bounce ideas off of to secure the business and the infrastructure that's running it. In my spare time, I do self studies including the CWNA, AWS, Aruba, and UBNT.
