Kevin Marsh

Kevin is a transaction manager at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Global Corporate Services, responsible for executing transactions for national corporate clients. He serves in an account management role as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring that NGKF field resources are aligned with business objectives. Kevin is actively involved in the complete life cycle of a real estate transaction, from the corporate real estate (CRE) team’s decision to kick off a project to transitioning a completed transaction to the project management team. Understanding that the business drives real estate needs, Kevin helps his clients achieve the best solution for their portfolio. Value-add components include, but are not limited to, market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning. He works closely with clients to utilize and improve their CRE processes through metric and KPI reporting. Kevin holds his Real Estate Salesperson license in the state of Massachusetts.
