Prior, owner/VP with a MEDITECH specific “Boutique Company” which drove $6M in annual revenue. The success of this company lead to a merger/acquisition with an up-coming, multi HCIS mid-level consulting firm. Strategic planning, relationship building, application assessments. Employment history includes tenures as a manager and senior implementation specialist with consulting firms as well as Corporate Director of Pharmacy for a multiple site health system, Clinical Liaison, Director of Pharmacy, Clinical Information Specialist, Med Management Corporate Committee Task Force member, Facility Instructor, Clinical Pharmacist and Owner/Operator of a retail Pharmacy. These expansive roles have given the opportunity to manage business operations, budgets, established operational objectives and policies, dealt with regulatory requirements, interacted with executives and senior management in addition to standardizing, implementing and optimizing the use of the MEDITECH hospital information system at the respective facilities.
