About Bei Shaolin Kung Fu Institute: We teach: Northern Shaolin Kuo Shu (Shaolin Quan Far - Shaolin Fighting Methods), Mai Wah Quan (Plum Flower Fist), and Tai Chi Quan systems. Self-Defense techniques include: punching, kicking, knees, elbows, blocking, take-down techniques, and grappling. Students will also learn: Chinese Empty Hand, Chinese Weapon Forms, Stretching, Breathing Skills, and Dynamic Exercises. We also teach: Women Self-Defense, throughout the year, and Kickboxing during the Spring and Summer time. Starting age is 3 1/2 years old and up.
