My achievements include: ✅ Worley : Refinery Modernization Programme: Procurement Coordinator Worley were engaged as the PMC contractor for the BAPCO Modernization Programme (BMP), one of the largest projects ever undertaken in the history of Bahrain. As Procurement Coordinator, monitored EPC Contractor’s execution and delivery of USD 1.8 Billion purchase orders from 24 international locations to delivered site. ✅ Tengizchevroil (TCO): Cargo Transportation Route (CaTRo Project): Materials Management Lead BI Group were engaged by TCO to support construction of the $200M cargo transportation route (CaTRo) project. As Materials Management Lead and SME oversaw BI Group Procurement Team and implemented project recovery strategies, improving purchasing, material control plans and procedures, stabilizing ITP schedules within 5-months. ✅ Tatweer Petroleum: Inventory & Procurement Optimization: Material Coordinator Tatweer Petroleum had acquired an extremely large warehouse inventory which needed reducing. As Materials Coordinator, reviewed inventory and applied DNR to obsolete items, amended min max levels based on historical data and future requirements successfully reducing inventory value by $15.23 Million while increasing availability.
