First and foremost, you will see several different positions on my profile in a relatively short time period. At my previous company I enjoyed the luxury of being able to work in a great variety of positions. Now this did mean I had to keep doing the work for the previous roles, so this meant more work, but more varied experience! Because of the great variety I was able to interact with a lot of different departments from all sides of the company. I had to do quite a bit of work that might normally be out of scope for the roles, but a lot of these were out of my own initiative, or just made sense at the time. One of the most important things for me is to keep growing and innovating, not just myself, but the team, the product, or the relationship. Whether it's managing people directly or a product, the same principles apply!
