Kevin Rosenzweig

Kevin Rosenzweig, a 20-year veteran of the technology and retail industries and a former Retail CIO, is the Managing Principal of Vicana, with offices in New York and Puerto Rico. Vicana services retail clients and provides technology solutions, consulting services, installation services and help desk support. Vicana has offices in New York and Puerto Rico. Partners include Toshiba, Agilence, Island Pacific, Revel Systems, The Zellman Group, SpacePole, Verifone, Lenovo, BR Data and Microsoft.Kevin has lead major technology implementations and upgrades, including Micros/Oracle Xstore POS, Micros/Oracle Relate CRM, Toshiba POS (formerly IBM), Merchandising systems and PeopleSoft HRMS.Kevin joined Me Salvé in 1999 as the Chief Technology Officer and led IT as CIO from 2002 to 2015; as a part of setting the overall IT strategy, he has led the organization through many technology selections, implementations and upgrades. While CIO and consultant, Kevin has sat on marketing and CRM committee, identifying new and improved ways to serve and interact with retail customers.As a CIO, he was responsible for overseeing the administration of supply chain systems, JDA MMS and Retail Ideas, as well as PeopleSoft HRMS, and Micros Retail software. Kevin also managed infrastructure systems including a data center, Microsoft Exchange, Blackberry Enterprise Server, IBM iSeries, CISCO networking and Windows Server OS and domain.Through Kevin’s tenure as a Managing Principal of Vicana, consultant at Me Salve, and past experiences as a consultant with Arthur Andersen, he has gained significant experience in business process analysis and redesign. Recent projects include Oracle Xstore POS suite implementation. Kevin has extensive leadership, business and technology expertise in the retail sector. Kevin earned his MBA with a focus in IT from Boston College and is a graduate of Brandeis University where he earned his BA in Economics and Politics.
