Very business driven having run a successful Gardening Ltd company and helped start up a small indie video games studio where I held position of Creative Director. Love technology and where it can be profitable for companies I have worked for, because I truly believe you need to stay ahead in an ever evolving market. In my current position I have been employee of the period for driving forwards new ideas which benefit not only the company but colleagues and customers. I believe in being proactive rather than reactive in everything I do.
